Hello! Here is my critique for your piece:
First of all, you did an amazing job on this! I love your attention to detail and your more realistic style. The black and white feathers are a neat touch and gives it some good contrasts. I think the only thing I would change (not that it really needs any changes!) is maybe try adding some darker shadows to the character and maybe do some more highlights with her hair and maybe her gloves too. I think that might make her look more dramatic, especially if you also maybe add some more clouds in the background too. But other than those few things, you did a fantastic job on this and keep up the awesome work!
